THE ROLE

Status: Part Time, Hourly Employee

Minimum Education Level: 2 Year Associates Degree

Relevant Work Experience: Candidate MUST have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related position.

Major Duties:

  • Update staff information as needed.
  • Purchase and stock office, operating, and kitchen supplies, including snacks and coffee.
  • Order plans, coordinate pickups and deliveries. 
  • Schedule staff Educational Lunch ‘N Learns with product representatives/suppliers to showcase products.   
  • Renew licenses and registrations for States.  
  • Set up office meetings and gatherings. Arrange for food service, catering, and supplies. Plan, organize and coordinate social events.  
  • Responsible for general office tidiness and organization including, front lobby, conference rooms, kitchen, and copy/work counter area. Landlord liaison.  
  • Prepare and help finalize fee proposals and contracts for current or potential office projects.   
  • Prepare and help finalize Requests For Proposal as instructed by Partners.  
  • Data entry into our project management system Unanet.  Assist with invoice preparation.  
  • Receive and greet clients and visitors.  
  • Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to photocopying, mail pick up and shipping.   
  • Answer telephone and transfer to appropriate staff member or voicemail.  

Benefits: Our complete benefits package is reserved for full-time employees, as such this offer does not include health insurance, vacation or sick pay, personal time off, bonuses, or participation in the company’s 401(k) plan.  However, your offer does include prorated paid holiday time off, up to 8 hours.  For example, July 4th is on a Tuesday and if you normally work 8 hours, you will be paid for the holiday time off.

Knowledge of Microsoft based programs required: Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
