THE ROLE

Status: Full Time, Hourly Employee

Relevant Work Experience:None required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be highly motived with a strong work ethic. Must be a detail-oriented individual who works well in a team environment. Knowledge of survey equipment, language and procedures.

Major Duties:

  • Arrive to the office before the start time and ensure that the truck is loaded and ready for the day’s activities.
  • Proper equipment maintenance.
  • Carry up to 50 pounds over uneven terrain.
  • Cut trees/brush for line.
  • Learn to set up equipment and backsight to ensure safety and accurate measurements.
  • Take direction from the crew chief and instrument operator.
  • Learn to anticipate next steps in your daily routine.
