THE ROLE

Status: Full Time, Hourly Employee

Relevant Work Experience: Candidate MUST have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related position.

Qualifications:

  • Must be highly motived with a strong work ethic. Must be a detail-oriented individual who works well in a team environment. Knowledge of survey equipment, language and procedures.

Major Duties:

  • Handle the instrument and data collector with extreme care.
  • Understand proper equipment maintenance procedures.
  • Setup the instrument correctly and properly start a VRS or RTK survey.
  • Follow established ACRO procedures for traverse network and boundary locations.
  • Work with other field staff to understand the difference in scope between and ALTA and topographic survey.
  • Carry up to 50 pounds over uneven terrain.
  • Understand survey field code and line code use.
  • Work with other field staff to build strong working relationships.
